The role of a bouncer your duties and the parameters you are to work within. Powers, obligations, and limitations under the law. Clear outline on can and can't do regarding the law. Access control and emergency egress. Safety procedural outlines. Alcohol management. (R.A.M.P.) Responsible service and sale of alcohol.
Basic adult CPR and Emergency Response, Age verification, checking identification Includes identifying fake ID, how to read ID and electronic ID checker.
Other Topics... Identifying and handling persons engaging in aggressive or disruptive behavior and persons engaged in underage drinking. Nonviolent, defensive tactics (no pain or joint manipulation compliance techniques). Verbal communication and conflict resolution, verbal judo. Terrorism Threat Awareness/Live Shooter information.
